Job summary

The successful candidate will lead various finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, M&A support, and branch-level reporting improvements. This role requires strong financial acumen and the ability to develop scalable processes as the organization grows. This is a contract position based in Nashville, TN.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
• Experience with audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value-creation initiatives.
• Lead and streamline month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Own financial statements and audit readiness.
• Improve branch-level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance sheet visibility).
• Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition integration.
• Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows.
