Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is assisting a Nashville healthcare client in filling an Interim Assistant Controller role requiring NetSuite expertise. You will support a growing accounting team as a NetSuite super user, driving cleanup and improvement initiatives and leading the month-end close process.

The position is temporary/interim with remote work options aligned to EST/CST hours. CPA preferred, healthcare/multi-site experience valued, and a comprehensive benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Controller in a mid-size organization.
• Strong NetSuite experience including automation, reporting, and optimization.
• Healthcare experience or multi-site exposure preferred.
• Readily available and willing to work EST/CST hours.

Our Nashville healthcare client has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Interim Assistant Controller (NetSuite experience required). You will support a growing team across a variety of clean-up and improvement initiatives across the acccounting function, and serve as the NetSuite "super user". This client is open to fully remote (CST/EST preferred).

This is a special projects role that will include hands-on month-end close support, systems optimization, automation, SOP implementation, and mentoring/reviewing work.

Requirements:

• Experience as a proven Assistant Controller in a mid-size organization
• Strong NetSuite experience is required - MUST have experience automating, reporting, and optimizing the system
• Multi-site or healthcare experirence is required
• Readily available and willing to work EST/CST
• CPA highly preferred
