RadX Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an Assistant Controller to support the Controller with month-end close, reporting, and cash management during a multi-entity healthcare services migration to NetSuite.

This is a hands-on role requiring Excel proficiency, AI-enabled tools, and cross-entity controls. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in accounting, strong GL close experience, and a proactive approach to process improvement in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GL and close/reconciliation experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills: PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS.
• Comfort with AI-enabled tools.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• NetSuite or ERP migration experience.
• Multi-entity/consolidations experience.
• Healthcare or multi-location accounting.
• Acquisition/purchase accounting experience.
• CPA or CPA-track.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Own month-end and year-end close tasks: entries, reconciliations, accruals.
• Support consolidated, multi-entity financial reporting and intercompany accounting.
• Manage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and cash forecasting.
• Support purchase accounting and integration for newly acquired entities.
• Drive the QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration: mapping, validation, UAT, and documentation.
• Use Excel and AI tools to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement.
• Support annual audits and maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Assist with cash forecasting, cash reporting, and monitoring of cash activity.
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.

About the Role

RadX is a growing healthcare services company with multiple entities and an active acquisition strategy, currently migrating from QuickBooks Enterprise to NetSuite. The Assistant Controller supports the Controller with month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash management, while playing a key role in the ERP migration - account mapping, data validation, testing, and documentation. This is a hands‑on role for someone comfortable in a multi-entity, fast-growing environment who uses Excel and AI tools to work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Controller with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Own month-end/year-end close tasks: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed
  assets, and balance sheet accounts
• Support consolidated, multi-entity financial reporting and intercompany accounting
• Manage AP/AR, bank and cash reconciliations, and cash forecasting
• Support purchase accounting and integration for newly acquired entities
• Drive the QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration: account mapping, data validation, UAT,
  and documentation
• Use Excel and AI tools to streamline reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement
• Support annual audits and maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance
• Assist with cash forecasting, cash reporting, and monitoring of cash activity
• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Assist with reconciliation of bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other cash-related
  accounts
• Monitor working capital accounts and investigate unusual or unexpected variance

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; 4+ years progressive accounting experience; strong GL and close/reeconciliation experience; intermediate Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS); comfortable with AI-enabled tools; working knowledge of QuickBooks; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred: NetSuite or ERP migration experience; multi-entity/consolidations; healthcare or multi-location accounting; acquisition/purchase accounting experience; CPA or CPA-track.
