Qualifications

• Experience supporting month-end close and financial reporting functions.
• Understanding of multi-entity accounting and financial consolidations.
• Experience creating and optimizing NetSuite saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Ability to analyze existing processes, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and interact effectively with both accounting and operational teams.
• Prior experience supporting organizations following a NetSuite implementation is highly preferred.

Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Finance Consultant to support accounting operations across a multi-subsidiary environment. This engagement will focus on assisting with month-end close activities, improving financial reporting, and optimizing dashboards within NetSuite. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting knowledge with practical NetSuite expertise and can quickly assess existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.

• Experience with financial cleanup, accounting process improvement, and post-go-live stabilization projects.
• Experience supporting multi-subsidiary organizations.

Additional Information

• Preference for candidates located in the Pacific Time Zone.
• Occasional travel to Ventura County, California may be required for onsite meetings and business process reviews.
• Initial engagement will focus on finance and accounting support, with potential opportunity to assist on larger operational and production-related NetSuite initiatives in the future.
