Bethany Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is seeking an INTERIM Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead Nursing Services for residents, with 24-hour supervision and department oversight. This interim role requires RN licensure and prior supervisory experience in long-term care settings.

The ADON will coordinate physician orders with resident needs and, in the Administrator’s absence, assume center operations while upholding quality standards of care.

Qualifikationen

• Currently licensed RN in the practicing state.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience.
• Experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings.
• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Nursing Services with 24-hour supervision.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians and total resident needs.
• In the absence of the Administrator, assume center operations.
• Maintain quality standards of care across the Nursing Department.
