TowerLight Childcare and Senior Living in Saint Louis Park, MN, is hiring an Assistant Teacher to care for children across infant to school-age groups. You will lead, plan, and organize activities to deliver high-quality childcare under supervision of the Teacher and Director.

The job includes mornings to afternoons with a 60-hour biweekly schedule (7:30am-5:30pm) on Monday, Thursday, and Friday. Responsibilities include curriculum development, weekly planning, student assessments, parent

Competenze

• Must be qualified under Minnesota Rule 9503.0033.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• Current Pediatric CPR certification (AHA or American Red Cross) within 90 days.

Mansioni

• Research and development of curriculum relevant to the classroom age group.
• Provide weekly plans to the Director and parents.
• Ensure implementation of age-appropriate curriculum to meet developmental needs.
• Report any concerns to the teacher or director regarding staff or classroom issues.
• Maintain attendance, emergency forms, curriculum plans, and development profiles.
