Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd. in the United States seeks an Interface Management Lead for a Life Science project in Texas on a 12-month contract. You will coordinate across teams, manage risks and dependencies, and develop executive updates for senior leadership.

Expect to drive multi-stakeholder collaboration, deliver strategic objectives, and represent leadership in key meetings with clear summaries and follow-ups.

Formación

• Extensive experience in construction, EPC, or large capital projects.
• Experience supporting multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level materials.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior leadership in delivering strategic initiatives and program objectives.
• Coordinate activities across project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Manage action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Represent leadership in meetings and provide summaries, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
