Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks an experienced Interface Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project.

You will oversee interfaces across contracts, define deliverables, and drive coordination with Contractors to ensure seamless integration and timely progress. The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and contract administration skills, with a focus on risk management and reporting to program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• Proven experience managing medium-sized or complex projects, including construction delivery phases.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to influence KPIs.
• Experience in budget oversight and proactive management of internal budgets and fees.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, construction sequencing, and contract administration processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills across planning, estimating, procurement and design.
• Relevant professional certifications (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent) and CSCS card or local equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces within and between contracts from identification to closeout.
• Facilitate Agreements: coordinate with contracting teams to execute Interface Agreements defining deliverables and timelines.
• Manage Documentation: create ICDs, maintain Interface Register, approve contractor interface management plans.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary contact for interface matters, run regular contractor meetings.
• Monitor and Report: track interface deliverables, collect KPIs, provide monthly progress updates.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify and resolve interface issues, coordinate changes with Change Management, escalate as needed.
