Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. is seeking an Interface Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project in New York. You will oversee all technical interfaces, lead interface agreements, and manage documentation to ensure seamless integration between contracts.

You will collaborate with contractors, monitor progress, and report KPIs, while driving issue resolution and coordinating with the Change Management team to mitigate risks. Competitive salary and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing medium-sized or complex projects, including construction delivery.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to influence KPIs.
• Experience in budget oversight and proactive financial management.
• Certifications such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE and CSCS card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Interface Lifecycle: manage all technical interfaces within and between contracts from identification to closeout.
• Facilitate Agreements: coordinate with contracting teams to define deliverables, responsibilities and timelines for Interface Agreements.
• Manage Documentation: generate baseline ICDs, maintain Interface Register, and approve contractor interface management plans.
• Lead Stakeholder Collaboration: act as primary contact for interface matters, conduct regular meetings with contractors, support interface identification.
• Monitor and Report: track interface deliverables, collect KPIs, and provide monthly progress updates including risks and delays.
• Drive Issue Resolution: identify and resolve interface issues, manage changes with Change Management, escalate when needed.
