This role focuses on coordinating design, documentation, and risk analysis to meet milestones and regulatory requirements. You will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage project controls, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with NJDEP, USACE, NEPA, and related agencies while delivering high-profile

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of civil engineering experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Roadway engineering skills: design, permitting, utilities, drainage, 3D modeling, traffic analysis.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, cost, and risk management.
• Regulations: NJDOT, NJDEP, NEPA, USACE, Section 106, local agencies.
• Experience with QA, construction monitoring, and documentation.
• BIM, AutoCAD, MicroStation, PMIS, MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design reviews, resolve technical issues, and coordinate change documentation.
• Provide technical support during construction, review submittals, and monitor milestones.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, schedule meetings, and assist with project docs.
• Provide opinions on constructability and schedule impacts on critical path.
• Support integration and coordination of HTP packages across teams.
• Assist with project controls: schedule, cost, change, risk, document management.
• Update controls procedures and workflow tools as requested.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports including safety, quality, env., milestones.
• Maintain lessons learned and master issues log for HTP.
• Support PMP, QMP, and federally required plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations.
• Assist QA activities including witnessing testing and audits.
