• Experience with utility interconnection, market participation, and transmission-scale projects.
• Ability to design scalable workflows and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility and interconnection strategy for complex opportunities.
• Evaluate interconnection pathways and market participation implications.
• Identify risks and triggers impacting project viability early.
• Develop alternative operating and interconnection approaches.
• Support readiness for 10 MW-plus and transmission-scale projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on power systems and grid interaction.
• Build workflows in Jira and integrate with Procore.
