Job summary

Prologis in the United States seeks an Interconnection Manager to lead the full lifecycle of interconnection across a nationwide portfolio, focusing on utility-scale storage, distributed generation, and energy-enabled data centers.

You will own queue strategy, studies, and agreements, coordinating with internal teams and external utilities to optimize timing, costs, and reliability while leveraging new technologies to drive efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in interconnection, grid integration, utility coordination, or energy infrastructure development.
• Experience evaluating both utility-scale and distributed energy sites based on power availability and financial due diligence.
• Prior interconnection experience in key markets (CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP and MISO).
• Strong understanding of utility and ISO interconnection processes and study phases.
• Experience negotiating and executing interconnection agreements.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-project portfolios with material financial and schedule risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection strategy and execution across utility and ISO/RTO markets for utility-scale storage and distributed energy resources.
• Serve as the internal owner of interconnection queue positions and study outcomes across the portfolio.
• Provide technical review on interconnection applications, studies, deposits, and agreements with utilities and ISOs.
• Partner with senior leadership to support interconnection planning for hyperscale data center co-location and edge data centers.
• Coordinate with commercial, development, and delivery teams to align interconnection timelines with permitting and construction readiness.
• Collaborate with Legal on negotiation and execution of interconnection agreements and amendments.
• Provide clear communication to senior leadership on interconnection risks and schedule impacts.
