Job summary

Prologis seeks an Interconnection Manager to lead the growth of its energy infrastructure, focusing on utility-scale storage, on-prem power, and distributed generation across its real estate portfolio. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in interconnection, grid integration, utility coordination, or energy infrastructure development.
• Experience evaluating utility-scale and distributed energy site locations based on power availability and financial due diligence.
• Prior Interconnection experience in CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP and MISO markets with grid operators.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection strategy and execution across utility and ISO/RTO markets for utility-scale storage, distributed energy resources, and on-prem power infrastructure.
• Own interconnection queue positions, financial postings, and study outcomes; review study results to support commercial and investment decisions.
• Coordinate with Legal and external counsel on interconnection agreements and amendments; communicate risks and schedule impacts to senior leadership.
