Mainspring Energy is seeking an Interconnection Strategy Lead to drive utility-scale readiness and repeatable processes for large-scale opportunities across North America.

You will translate regulatory and market complexity into scalable internal workflows, collaborating with Sales, PM, and Engineering to enable data centers, utilities, and enterprise accounts to scale beyond pilot projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electric interconnection experience, with autonomous program scaling.
• Experience with distributed generation and utility interconnection projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead utility and interconnection strategy for large-load and enterprise projects.
• Assess interconnection pathways, requirements, and market-participation implications.
• Identify risks, cost, and schedule implications early in opportunities.
• Design repeatable workflows and connect interconnection processes to Jira/Procore.
