Job summary

Prologis is seeking an Interconnection Manager to advance energy infrastructure across its real estate platform, focused on utility-scale storage and on-prem power solutions. You will own the full lifecycle of interconnection, from diligence to agreements, in markets nationwide.

You will collaborate with development, M&A, and capital teams, while engaging utilities and ISOs to optimize queue strategy and project outcomes. This role calls for strategic insight and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of interconnection, grid integration, or energy infrastructure development.
• Experience evaluating utility-scale and distributed energy sites for power availability and due diligence.
• Prior interconnection in CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP and MISO markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead interconnection strategy and execution for utility-scale storage and energy infrastructure.
• Own interconnection queue positions, study outcomes, and financial postings.
• Review studies, deposits, and interconnection agreements with utilities/ISOs.
• Coordinate with Global Head of Utility Strategy on hyperscale data center interconnections.
• Align interconnection timelines with permitting, construction readiness, and delivery needs.
• Negotiate and finalize interconnection agreements with external counsel.
• Communicate interconnection risks and schedule impacts to senior leadership.
