Job summary
Prologis seeks an Interconnection Manager to lead grid strategy for utility-scale storage and on-prem power across its nationwide real estate platform, including hyperscale and edge data centers. You will own the full interconnection lifecycle, from queue strategy to agreement negotiation, working with internal teams and external utilities.
The role requires 7+ years in interconnection, deep market knowledge (CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO), and strong communication to translate technical analyses
Qualifications
- 7+ years in interconnection or energy infrastructure development.
- Experience in CAISO, PJM, ERCOT, SPP and MISO markets.
- Negotiation and execution of interconnection agreements.
- Ability to translate technical outcomes to business impact.
- Knowledge of utility and ISO interconnection processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead interconnection strategy and execution across markets for storage and on-prem power infra.
- Own interconnection queue positions, study results, and financial postings.
- Review studies and agreements with utilities/ISOs to ensure compliance and schedule certainty.
- Coordinate with development, commercial, and delivery teams to align timelines.
- Partner with legal on interconnection agreements and amendments.
