The ideal candidate has 4+ years in energy-related roles, a bachelor’s degree, and strong skills in project management, Salesforce, and Smartsheet/Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant energy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Policy, Finance, Business, Environmental Science or Project Management.
• Strong project management, reporting, and technical skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Smartsheet/Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Represent New Leaf as the primary point of contact for all utility communications.
• Lead interconnection due diligence and market entry research.
• Create and maintain region-specific project management infrastructure and trackers.
• Own the interconnection lifecycle and communicate risks to the team.
• Monitor utility performance and negotiate positive outcomes.
