Job summary

Balchem Corporation in Montvale, NJ is seeking a Cost Analyst, Intercompany Operations to support intercompany inventory accounting, profit eliminations, and related controls across Balchem's global network.

You will partner with Supply Chain and Finance to ensure accurate valuation, month-end close, and documented processes. CPA/CMA preferred; 1–3 years' experience; ERP costing experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, cost accounting, finance, inventory accounting, or related field.
• ERP experience preferred, including D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support intercompany inventory accounting within ERP and standard costing.
• Assist with analysis of variances impacting intercompany inventory valuation.
• Support month-end close activities, journal entries, and supporting schedules.
• Investigate valuation discrepancies and partner with Supply Chain and Accounting teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation supporting intercompany accounting reconciliations and issue resolution.
