Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation (Master Files, Local Files, benchmarking studies, third-party analyses).
• Coordinate data collection for transfer pricing studies across entities.
• Maintain contemporaneous intercompany documentation and agreements.
• Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations and assess impact.
• Support Country-by-Country Reporting and Pillar Two data collection as applicable.
• Perform quarterly/annual reviews of entity profitability within arm's length ranges.
• Analyze intercompany transactions (sales, service fees, royalties, cost allocations).
• Assist in transfer pricing true-up calculations and financial analyses.
• Support ERP/financial system integration of transfer pricing policies.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate with external advisors during documentation projects and benchmarking updates.
• Assist with training on transfer pricing policies to stakeholders.
• Assist in responses to tax authority inquiries and audits.
