Job summary

4P Consulting Inc. is seeking a Training Developer I to create, design, and deliver training programs and instructional materials for employees and other learners. The role will assess training needs, develop curriculum and learning content, facilitate training sessions, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Collaborate with managers to tailor curricula for diverse audiences, deliver via in-person and virtual formats, and ensure content aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Knowledge of instructional theory and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify training needs, objectives, and audiences.
• Develop curricula, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, assessments, and other materials.
• Apply instructional design principles to create clear, engaging content.
• Deliver training in person, virtually, or via e-learning platforms.
• Develop and administer assessments to measure learning outcomes.
