Credit Union 1, Inc. seeks an Interactive Member Service Representative (IMSR) to deliver engaging virtual service via ITMs across Alaska. You’ll handle teller transactions, educate members on digital tools, and provide a seamless digital banking experience from the DeBarr Branch location.

This role suits someone who learns new tech quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The IMSR fosters member relationships through personalized, confident video interactions and supports CU1’s mission

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in customer service, teller, or financial institution preferred.
• Comfortable on camera in a professional setting.
• Multitask across systems and video platforms with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication for virtual service delivery.
• Commitment to exceptional member service aligned with CU1 values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service through ITM video interactions.
• Complete teller transactions with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Engage members virtually, building trust and offering CU1 products and digital tools.
• Troubleshoot basic tech or transaction issues in real time.
• Balance daily transactions and perform end-of-day procedures.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML and other regulatory requirements.
