• Demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for checking, savings and borrowing customers.
• Identify products/services that might benefit members and educate them on value.
• Receive loan payments and deposits, address inquiries and verify cash/payments.
• Issue cashier checks and money orders, verify amounts and process transactions.
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve member inquiries regarding policies and products.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure accuracy; follow policies.
• Support other departments and branches; comply with laws including BSA and Patriot Act.
