Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains files and records for reference and compliance.
• Maintains ongoing professional development to stay current on practices.
• Models appropriate social behavior and manages classroom interactions.
• Monitors students to ensure safety and de-escalate when needed.
• Provides instruction to students to implement IEP goals.
• Responds to emergencies to resolve safety concerns.
• Supports students with intensive behavioral supports.
• Utilizes district behavior management techniques to aid participation.
