Job summary

Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a licensed clinician to lead our Intensive In-Home team in North Carolina. The Team Lead will oversee evaluations, treatment planning, and fidelity to evidence-based practices while supervising staff and managing productivity.

The role requires licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or equivalent) with experience in clinical supervision. This position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and HRSA loan repayment opportunities for fully licensed clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical licensure in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT) or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical supervision of Intensive In-Home teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing evaluation, assessment, and counseling for children and families.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead weekly team meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements and timely documentation.
• Monitor team-to-family ratios and manage caseloads.
• Participate in crisis intervention and provide individual therapy as needed.
