A Caring Alternative, LLC, based in Western North Carolina, seeks a Supervisory Team Lead in Spruce Pine, NC. The role leads a clinical team delivering intensive in-home and related behavioral health services to children and families.

Education includes a master’s degree in Social Work or related field and an Associate Licensed Professional license. The position emphasizes supervision, coordination, and direct therapy with an emphasis on quality and ethics.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or related field.
• Must be Associate Licensed Professional (provisionally licensed).
• At least 1 year experience with the child mental health population.
• Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members to assure the delivery of best and ethical practices services.
• Directs the day-to-day operations of the team including scheduling staff work hours to assure appropriate coverage.
• Provides individual therapy for individuals served by the team.
• Complete assessments as needed including but not limited to BPRS, DLA 20, and CANS.
• Upon referring individuals out of services complete CCA addendums.
