Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate degree and at least one year of experience working with homeless populations are required.
• Exceptions may be considered with prior Housing Services approval.
• A valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance are required.
• Ability to meet background checks, driving record review, and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals and households experiencing homelessness to secure housing and maintain tenancies.
• Coordinate with landlords and community partners to address concerns and prevent evictions.
• Complete documentation including service plans, verifications, and eligibility essentials.
• Provide ongoing case management and home visits as part of a mobile, community-based approach.
