Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Clinician I to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services in clients' homes and communities in Bloomington, IL. The role combines direct clinical work with coordination and supervision within the IHBC program.

The position offers a field-based hybrid schedule, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a compensation range of $40–$50 per hour plus benefits, with telehealth where permitted and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Meets Illinois QMHP or LPHA requirements with licensure and supervision as applicable.
• Experience with clinical assessment, treatment planning, crisis prevention, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive home-based clinical services to children, youth, and families.
• Develop and update individualized interventions based on assessments.
• Deliver individual, family, and caregiver interventions to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and care teams; document accurately.
