Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness seeks an Intensive Home-Based Clinician II to deliver in-home and community-based behavioral health services for children, youth, and families in the Aurora-Naperville area of Illinois. The role emphasizes collaboration with Care Coordinators and families to support treatment plans and safety within home and community settings.

The position requires a QMHP/LPHA credential, a Master’s degree in a related field, and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Meets current Illinois requirements for QMHP or LPHA.
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of behavioral health experience with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive Home-Based Clinical services to eligible children and families.
• Develop and adjust individualized clinical interventions using IM+CANS, FBA, and team recommendations.
• Deliver individual, family, caregiver, and cross-system interventions to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
