Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. is seeking an Intensive Family Coordinator to provide professional case management and direct advocacy to a caseload of families in Michigan. You will assess families and develop individualized service plans, coordinate resources, and document activities in compliance with state guidelines.
The role requires travel, occasional nights and weekends, and availability for 24/7 crisis support. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are essential.
