Job summary

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network seeks an Intensive Care Clinician (Master's level) for community-based CSA Milford. Responsibilities include counseling youth and families, assisting caregivers with systems navigation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers a salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year plus a sign-on bonus, with training in Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed practices. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling using trauma-informed and culturally responsive interventions for youth and their families.
• Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote awareness of resources and access to supports.
• Empower caregivers with skills and strategies to support their child’s behavioral health needs.
• Create care plans and interventions to support skill-based growth for clients.
• Promote and strengthen family's natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with the child, parents, and other providers to ensure close collaboration and coordination of care.
• Ensure that client’s rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency.
• Collaborate with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for clients.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00/year plus sign-on bonus (half paid after 6 months of employment and half paid after 1 year of employment/pro-rated for part-time).

Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring an Intensive Care Clinician who would like to manage their own flexible and independent schedules. MinimumRequirements:
