Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in navigating child/family systems.
• Experience advocating for family members involved with behavioral health.
• Willingness to become certified in MA Child And Adolescent Needs and Strengths.
• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field (Counseling, Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, etc.).
• Willing to become certified in MA Child And Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS); training provided.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole desired.

About the Role

The ICC serves as the primary point of coordination for youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) and their families. Using the Wraparound model, you will bring together providers, natural supports, and community resources to build a comprehensive care plan that reflects the family’s strengths, needs, and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field and minimum 1 year relevant experience in navigating the child/family serving systems and experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems; OR
• Bachelor’s degree in non Human Service field and more than 1 year relevant experience in navigating the child/family serving systems and experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems; OR
• Associate’s degree or High School Diploma and minimum of 5 years relevant experience in navigating the child/family serving systems and experience advocating for family members who are involved with behavioral health systems
• Master's Degree in a Mental Health Field including but not restricted to Counseling, Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology etc. from an accredited college/university
• Willing to become certified in MA Child And Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS), program will provide training.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and Haitian Creole desired
