Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to lead the coordination of intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP. This role drives clash detection and ensures model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll establish BIM execution plans, mentor staff, and interface with clients and subconsultants to meet model deliverable requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across architecture, vertical structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and support resolution across disciplines.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards and workflows across offices.
