Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years on RPA projects.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements gathering sessions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Office of the Secretary of War in automation solutions.
• Lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training.
• Analyze business flows and document user needs.

Skills

Ability to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience writing Process Design Documents (PDDs)

Excellent customer service and stakeholder-management skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
