Job summary

LMI is seeking a cleared AI Solutions Engineer in Fort Belvoir, VA to accelerate government software delivery through digital transformation. This role requires an active SECRET clearance and focuses on turning enterprise AI investments into practical, workforce-ready workflows.

You will design low-code automations, develop AI agents and prompts, coach government personnel, and track adoption with executive dashboards while collaborating with government stakeholders and enterprise tech teams.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance; US citizenship required.
• 2-5 years in data science, analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI tools.
• Proficiency with low-code/no-code automation platforms and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption of approved enterprise AI platforms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline acquisition workflows via AI.
• Design, prototype, and deploy low-code automations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop mission-specific prompt libraries and AI agents.
• Provide hands-on coaching and training to Government personnel.
• Maintain repository of prompts, scripts, and automation templates.
• Assess feasibility, data requirements, and security for AI solutions.
• Track adoption, productivity improvements, and labor hours; prepare dashboards.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and enterprise tech teams.
