Job summary
E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated Business Analyst with 8 years of experience in the cleared IT government contracting space to join our growing team in Washington, DC. The role focuses on facilitating requirements, crafting user stories, and collaborating with federal clients and agile teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
The candidate will work with Scrum Masters, PO, and developers, document functional specs and use cases, and support verification activities to ensure deliverables meet
Qualifications
- Elicit and analyze business and functional requirements from federal clients, end users and stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into clear, concise user stories with acceptance criteria for agile teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups to support agile processes.
- Draft functional specs, BRDs, use cases and traceability matrices.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and user interviews.
- Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, UX designers and federal clients.
- Support UAT, gather feedback, ensure alignment with mission objectives and standards.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
