Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required.
• Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience: 10+ years of customer-facing business process analysis and requirements development.
• Technical Leadership: Experience leading functional teams and coordinating developers.
• RPA Implementation: Direct experience with building, deploying, and managing production automations.
• Automation Architecture: Knowledge of RPA architecture, integration, secure development, and Agile lifecycle.
• Core Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Analyze customer workflows, gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate objectives into project plans.
• Lead multiple UiPath RPA initiatives, coordinating designers through design, testing, deployment, and production sustainment.
• Define secure, scalable, reliable automation architectures and integration approaches.
• Develop workflow diagrams, process models, and solution architecture documentation.
• Apply Agile practices, conduct design and development reviews, ensure adherence to standards.
• Track project progress, risks, information security considerations, and outcomes.
• Communicate project status to customers and leadership, propose improvements.
• Perform additional mission-related duties as assigned.
