• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, incl. at least 2 years in RPA projects.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, deliverables and controls.
• Direct customer-facing discovery experience to understand challenges and identify opportunities.
• Experience with Jira.
• U.S. citizen.
• Active Federal Secret security clearance.
• Knowledge of UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, attended/unattended bots.
• DoD experience preferred.
• UiPath BA certification or training.
• Experience with process mining tools (UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining).
• ServiceNow experience.
• Familiarity with API integrations, workflow tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience with governance and COE in enterprise RPA programs.
• Understanding of financial management in federal environment.
• Ability to translate vague client requests into actionable requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for requirements baselines.

Lynch Consultants is seeking an Intelligent Automation Business Analyst with an active Secret Clearance and a solid understanding of the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions. We are looking for someone who is ready to serve as a passionate front-line champion of innovation! Work Location and Schedule: * This position is primarily remote, with occasional onsite work in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area. Must reside in the National Capital Region (NCR). Required Qualifications – Must Have: * MUST have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• MUST have 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years supporting RPA projects.
• MUST have experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• MUST have direct customer-facing experience in a discovery capacity to understand customer challenges and identify potential opportunities while building customer relationships.
• MUST have well-rounded technology consulting experience, including defining, documenting, and analyzing user requirements; leading client meetings, facilitating UAT, and conducting training.
• MUST have experience with Jira.
• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• MUST have an active Federal Secret security clearance.
• Understanding of UiPath components (Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, attended/unattended bots).
• Relevant DoD experience (DISA, Air Force, Army preferred).
• UiPath Business Analyst Certification or UiPath Automation Business Analyst training.
• Experience with process mining tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining, Task Mining). * ServiceNow experience.
• Familiarity with API integrations, workflow tools, or digital transformation initiatives. * Experience in enterprise-level RPA programs, including governance, scaling, and COE structures. * General understanding of financial management (financial operations, internal control, risk management, etc.) in a federal environment.
• Skills: * Able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven ability to understand and translate vague client requests into buildable requirements and identifying potential opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that translate well into requirements baselines that both technical experts and business owners can understand.
• Experience writing Process Design Documents (PDDs) and working with developers to validate Solution Design Documents (SDDs). * Excellent customer service, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
