Job summary

E-INFOSOL LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Analyst with 8 years of experience in the cleared IT government contracting space to join our growing team in Chantilly, VA. The BA will facilitate requirements gathering sessions, conduct user interviews, and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

You will work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams during sprint planning, write clear user stories, and ensure deliverables meet

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with capability to obtain SCI/CI Poly as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business and functional requirements from federal clients, end users, and stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and documentation review.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for agile development teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups to support agile development processes.
• Validate user story completion and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and stakeholder expectations.
• Draft functional specifications, business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring shared understanding of requirements and constraints.
• Conduct gap analysis identifying differences between current state and desired future state capabilities.
• Support user acceptance testing by developing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and documenting results.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.
