Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance needed.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with Intelligent Automation customers.
• Create Business Cases and ROI for all automation projects.
• Develop and track metrics and financial projections for each automation solution.

Skills

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis

Experience with RPA Tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

Strong analytical skills

Strong communication skills

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite
