Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mid-level Intelligence Planner at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role supports integration of defense and national intelligence into operational planning and requires a TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.

Anticipated award December 2026 with a base period and option years. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $170,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and funding. Position contingent on contract award.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years and a Bachelor's degree
• Working knowledge of the JOPP, Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES), and Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) planning formats and guidance is required
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph; both must have been adjudicated/completed within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Employs intelligence expertise to assist in integrating Defense and National intelligence support into operational planning functions across the DoD.
• Develops campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning per JOPES.
• Assists with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility within the planning process.
• Provides intelligence planning support for Centers' planning activities and CCMD requirements.
• Collaborates with analysts and leaders to develop intelligence assessments in response to CCMD requirements.
• Follows JOPP process steps from initiation to plan or order development.
• Translates strategic guidance into concept and plan development and assessment.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to develop intelligence annexes to plans.
