Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Intelligence Planner to support a federal government client. The role focuses on producing intelligence plans, CONOPS, and supporting documents, while applying Army MDMP and related frameworks to complex missions.

You will coordinate with cross‑functional teams and interagency partners, analyze operations, and update requirements for RFFs and exercises. A Bachelor’s degree is required and TS/SCI with poly is typical for this field.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years Army or Joint All Source Intelligence experience.
• Staff member at Battalion or higher level.
• MID-level experience with military Plans and Operations processes.
• Experience delivering global situational awareness for planning and execution.
• Working knowledge of Operational Production, Exploitation, and Dissemination.
• Experience managing research and coordination for projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide IMCC in all facets of Intelligence planning, including development of plans, orders, CONOPS and supporting documents.
• Apply operational design concepts and MDMP frameworks in planning.
• Support priority missions using MDMP, ADM, and related doctrine.
• Analyze and recommend planning, preparation, and execution of operations.
• Coordinate with OPTs across units and interagency partners.
• Evaluate planning inputs and update requirements for RFFs, exercises, and long-range calendars.
• Develop recommendations to plan, manage, and execute support to special events.
• Produce briefings and decision-maker products.
