Job summary

B&A is seeking a Senior Intelligence Planner to support DIA CICADAS, located at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role demands extensive experience in intelligence planning and DoD operations, with a TS/SCI clearance and current polygraph.

Anticipated award and start in December 2026, with a base year plus four option years. Salary range is $140,000–$195,000 annually, based on experience and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years and a Master’s degree.
• Or 17 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph; both must have been adjudicated/completed within the past five (5) years.

Responsibilities

• Employs intelligence expertise to assist integration of Defense and National intelligence support into planning functions across the DoD.
• Develops campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time sensitive planning per JOPES.
• Assists with red teaming and intelligence operations feasibility within planning processes.
• Coordinates intelligence annexes to plans and supports CCMD planning activities.
• Develops intelligence assessments in response to CCMD intelligence requirements.
• Participates in Joint Operational Planning Process steps and plan development.
