B&A seeks a Mid-level Intelligence Planner to support the DIA CICADAS task order at Fort Meade, MD. The role involves integrating Defense and national intelligence into operational planning, with duties ranging from campaign development to CCMD support.

Requires active TS/SCI with polygraph and a bachelor’s degree, with at least 8 years of related experience. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $170,000 per year, contingent on experience and clearance, with benefits including comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related experience with at least the last 2 years in the field.
• Familiarity with JOPP, JOPES, and APEX planning formats and guidance is required.

Responsibilities

• Employs intelligence expertise to integrate DoD and national intelligence support into operational planning.
• Develops campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning per JOPES.
• Supports red-teaming and feasibility assessments within planning processes.
• Provides intelligence planning support for Centers' CCMD planning activities.
• Collaborates with analysts and leaders to develop intelligence assessments for CCMD requirements.
• Follows the Joint Operational Planning Process from initiation to plan development.
• Translates strategic guidance into concepts and plan assessments.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to develop intelligence annexes to plans.
