Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Intelligence Planner to support USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence plans integration at Fort Meade, MD. You will leverage intelligence expertise to weave Defense and National capabilities into overarching operational planning across DoD, supporting campaign and crisis planning.

Travel about 25% is expected. Qualified candidates will have TS/SCI with poly, 12+ years of experience, and a Master's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
12+ years of relevant planning experience; at least part within the last 2 years.
Master's degree in a related field, or Bachelor's plus 5 years of senior-level experience (17 years total).
Knowledge of intelligence planning concepts, JOPES, and IC/DoD classification guidelines.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with foreign and domestic partners.
Willingness to travel ~25% (CONUS/OCONUS); valid passport.

Responsibilities

Integrate Defense and National intelligence support capabilities into DoD operational planning per JOPES.
Support development of campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning.
Assist with red-teaming and intelligence operations feasibility assessments.
Coordinate production of National Intelligence Support Plans (NISP), Annex B, and Functional Support Plans.
Ensure intelligence planning activities are integrated with J3, J5, and J7 battle rhythms.
Develop, manage, and coordinate intelligence task lists and responsible divisions.
Provide full-range coordination with command partners to inform leadership.
