Nalley Consulting seeks a Network Development Analyst (EUCOM) in JBAB, Washington, DC. You will explore new data sources, craft queries, and blend information from multiple sources to help policy makers understand the mission environment.

You will leverage targeting techniques and produce actionable leads, complex written products, and briefings across tactical to strategic levels. Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with network development analysis and HUMINT targeting within IC/CC environments.
• Pattern of life analysis, social network analysis, and human factors analysis experience.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables and briefings for clients at tactical to strategic levels.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Explore new data sources and create effective queries.
• Combine information from disparate sources to inform mission understanding.
• Validate information and apply tradecraft to build senior-level assessments.
• Develop products tailored to clients, including actionable leads and written briefings.
