Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the specific labor category, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; OR 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting health insurance programs and preparing reports/briefings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze health insurance requirements and recommend cost-effective products.
• Manage and track costs related to health insurance plans and support.
• Create reports, information papers, and briefings; maintain records of actions.
• Develop training materials and train audiences on health-related products and processes.
• Provide intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists.
• Coordinate with customers and providers to acquire or maintain health insurance products.
