Job summary

Cherokee Strategic Edge, a part of Cherokee Federal, seeks an Intelligence Management Specialist – Mid (Identity Management Support) to support the U.S. Army Operations Group at Ft. Meade, MD. The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph and on-site work eligibility.

Responsibilities include risk reduction, open/classified data analysis, and coordination with Army and DoD partners to enable secure operations. Starting salary is $128,000, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of IC experience including intelligence operations planning.
• Two+ years of operations security, identity management, and signature reduction.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis.
• Experience delivering global situational awareness for planning, synchronization, decision making and execution.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools.
• Experience coordinating for projects and manning research.
• Experience instructing small groups on data requirements and task coordination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• US Citizenship and eligibility for TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Ability to pass Cherokee Federal pre-employment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the IDMO and Army HUMINT risk reduction program.
• Plan and orchestrate the build of organizational structures to enable risk mitigation.
• Analyze open and classified reporting to determine risk.
• Advise on operational security and risk mitigation measures.
• Develop planning documents and future unit footprint.
• Coordinate with external Army and DoD organizations on due diligence methodologies.
• Collect and compile data for assessments and disseminate finished products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
