Job summary

Celestar, a B&A company, is seeking an Incident & Awareness Assessment Course Instructor- Mid to support a federal government contract. You will analyze national security issues, provide all-source analytics, and coordinate training sessions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, TS/SCI clearance, 8+ years of experience, and at least 1 year of instruction; travel for deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• At least 1 year of instructing experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze intelligence to assess national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Deliver up to 10 IAA mobile training sessions (MTT).
• Update POI materials, course checklist, schedule, roster, and coordinate facilities.
• Submit POI and materials to Government for review.
• Coordinate guest instructors from interagency partners.
• Review course critiques and summarize results to leadership.
• Recommend updates to POI materials to keep training current.
• Monitor feedback on Shared Situational Awareness applications.
• Assist in processing new DAART account requests for NGB and interagency.
• Deliver reporting to NGB leadership and coordinate with J3/J5/J8 and senior leaders.
• Willing to travel including deployments.
