Celestar Corporation seeks a Mid-level Intelligence Management Specialist in the Washington, DC area to provide health-insurance program analysis and intelligence support for analysts, engineers, and scientists. The role requires coordinating with providers, preparing briefings, and maintaining records for action tracking.

The candidate will draft information papers, train users on health-related processes, and travel as needed to support mission briefings and cross-domain data transfer.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience, with recent work in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and advise on health insurance requirements and cost-effective products.
• Manage health insurance-related claims and track expenditures.
• Perform data management, file maintenance, and prepare reports and briefings.
• Draft information papers and briefings; attend staff meetings as requested.
• Develop training materials and train audiences on available health products and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and providers to acquire or maintain health insurance products.
• Maintain databases/spreadsheets tracking customers and policy information; reconcile data daily.
• Respond to health insurance queries via phone/email and document actions.
