Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist (Mid-Level) to support analysts, engineers, and scientists at Fort Meade, MD. This full-time role requires an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.

You will provide intelligence and administrative support, review and coordinate documents, prepare read-ahead materials, and facilitate cross-domain data transfer and dissemination for ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or total 12 years of related experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the labor category, with some within the last 2 years.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (ability to obtain may be considered).

Responsibilities

• Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists in various intelligence disciplines.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on access, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting; assisting with administration and management of RFIs, tasks, reports, and briefings.
• Preparing read-ahead documents, coordinating with security to ensure guests have appropriate access, and providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
